Memory of Edgware School: Mass canings at sport.

School trip to Spain with teacher Eric Blindt in 1962. A male English teacher whose name I cannot remember who did not teach much English but plenty of sex education!

Sports kit inspections. The demonstration boxing bout between Norman Barnes (the sports teacher)and Joe Bygraves, Commonwealth Heavy weight Champion. Tony Bygraves, (Max's son)who came to the school for a short time.
