Memory of Edgware School:

I remember Spur Road as being
a culture shock, I had just returned with my family
to the UK and I had been used to a small American
School whose entire pupil population was the same
number as the third year which I joined. I don't
think I ever fitted in except with the girls I used
to hang around with... apart from that I remember
saying a line in 'oh what a lovely war' and
inventing some in another one we did that no one
could be bothered to learn their lines..... Bunking
off to Brent Cross with Louise Canter.... getting
accused of cheating in my History O'level with
Louise too... sorry Louise if I have let the cat
out of the bag!!
