Memory of Edgware School:Nice memories. Mr Lewisohn, Eng. lit. Mr Roeder, Miss Jill Crawford, Mr Katanka (They had an affair!) Miss Rowland who wouldn't let me take geog. "O" level but I did and passed with flying colours, Never mastered maths because of the Greek teacher, whose name I can't remember because he was more interested in Jill Crawford and he also ran a night club. Mr Buckingham who married Anne something who was the Head Girl. Never forget the piano key being stuck on one of the notes during the hymn "Jerusalem"in assembly.The Head Master in my day was Mr Cook who we were very sorry to hear of his sudden death. He was replaced by Mr Hooper. Susan Leifer was the Head Girl and I was the deputy Head Girl.

Notes:Teacher's training college 1965-68. Spent probational year teaching in Wembley. Have been in Israel since 1969.Am married + 3
